Shipping & Delivery Policy

At IZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping services for all orders placed on www.izonedigital.com.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and handed over to registered courier partners or India Post within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order placement. All orders are usually packed and handed over to the shipping partner by 12:00–12:30 PM on working days. Any cancellation request after dispatch will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Coverage

Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.

3. Delivery Address Responsibility

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, and delivery details are complete and accurate. IZone Digital shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. India Post Inspection (Battery Products)

Due to updated India Post regulations on battery-powered and electronic products, certain parcels may be opened and inspected by India Post authorities before delivery. In such cases, customers may receive an opened but securely repacked parcel that has been officially verified and sealed by India Post. Such inspection is part of postal compliance and is not considered tampering by IZone Digital.

5. Shipping Delays & Courier Responsibility

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, IZone Digital is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on location and courier serviceability.

6. Transit Damage Disclaimer

IZone Digital is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit once the order has been handed over to the courier company or postal authorities. Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery and report visible transit damage within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Invoice & Tax Compliance

All shipments, including gifts and promotional items, are dispatched with a valid tax invoice mentioning the product price, in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

8. Partial Shipments

While we aim to ship all products in a single consignment, some orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability or logistical constraints.
