It combines eligible accidental damage protection with AppleCare Services, Apple-authorised repair support, battery service, 50GB iCloud+ storage and Apple technical support.

The plan is valid for 1 year / 12 months, subject to the applicable Protect+ terms and conditions.

Service Fees in India

Applicable service is subject to claim eligibility and the plan terms.

Screen & Back Glass Protection

If your iPhone 18 Pro Max suffers eligible accidental screen or back-glass damage during the 1-year Protect+ coverage period, the applicable service fee is:

₹2,500

Other Accidental Damage

For eligible accidental damage other than screen or back glass, the applicable service fee is:

₹8,900

This may include eligible accidental liquid damage, subject to assessment and plan terms.

Apple Authorised Repair Service

Eligible repairs can be handled through the Apple-authorised service network.

Depending on the service requirement, this may include:

• Apple Stores
• Apple Authorised Service Providers
• Other applicable authorised service locations

Genuine Apple parts are used where applicable.

Doorstep Pick-Up & Drop

Doorstep pick-up and drop may be available in eligible locations, especially major metropolitan cities.

Same-Day Repair

Same-day repair may be available for selected repairs and selected authorised service locations.

Screen repairs may qualify for same-day service where available.

How to Claim

If your iPhone 18 Pro Max suffers eligible accidental damage during the 1-year plan period:

1. Contact the applicable Protect+ support/claims channel.
2. Provide your device and plan details.
3. Submit the device for assessment if required.
4. The damage is evaluated.
5. Pay the applicable service fee.
6. Eligible repair/service is arranged.
7. The repaired device is returned to you.

What Is Covered?

During the applicable 1-year plan period, Protect+ may provide coverage for eligible:

• Screen damage
• Back-glass damage
• Accidental drops
• Accidental liquid damage
• Other accidental hardware damage
• Battery service when eligible
• Apple technical support
• Apple-authorised repair service

All coverage is subject to the specific plan terms.

What Is Not Automatically Covered?

The following may be excluded depending on the applicable plan terms:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic-only damage
• Intentional damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Misuse
• Fraudulent claims
• Damage specifically excluded by the plan
• Theft
• Loss

Theft & Loss

Theft and Loss protection is not automatically included in this Protect+ plan.

If you specifically purchase a plan that includes Theft & Loss protection, it will be subject to that plan’s separate terms.

Battery Protection

If the battery capacity falls below 80% of its original capacity, eligible battery service may be available during the 1-year plan period.

iCloud+ 50GB

Where included with the applicable plan, customers receive 50GB iCloud+ storage.

The benefit is provided according to the applicable 1-year Protect+ plan terms.
