Welcome to iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd. (“iZone”), your trusted destination for premium smartphones, Apple products, accessories, and smart gadgets. This policy explains the terms governing returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience across India.


🕒 Return Eligibility & Reporting Timeline

  • Transit damage / Wrong item received: Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Manufacturing defect / Dead on Arrival (DOA): Report within 48 hours of delivery

📦 Conditions for Return / Replacement Approval

  • Product must be unused, unactivated and in original condition
  • Original box, seal, invoice, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for transit damage or mismatch claims
  • Secure packaging must be used while returning goods

iZone Digital reserves the right to reject or partially approve returns if products show signs of usage, tampering, or missing components.


🛍️ Purchase Source Eligibility

Only products purchased directly from www.izonedigital.com are eligible for return or refund under this policy. Products purchased from marketplaces, offline retailers, or third-party sellers must be returned as per their respective policies.


🍏 Branded & Premium Products

Devices from premium brands such as Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, and JBL are governed by brand-authorized service policies. iZone Digital may assist customers in coordination; however, brand warranty terms cannot be overridden by the company.


⚠️ AppleCare+ Eligibility

  • iPhone: Eligible within 48 hours of activation
  • Mac devices: Eligible within 7 days of activation

If AppleCare+ cannot be processed due to eligibility restrictions, the order may be cancelled and refunded after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.


🎧 Accessories & Minor Components

  • Only defective accessories are eligible for replacement
  • Main device return will not be accepted solely due to accessory issues

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Incorrect model or colour ordered by customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Physical or liquid damage after delivery
  • Performance dissatisfaction without verified defect
  • Damage due to power surge, misuse, or unauthorized repair

🔁 Return & Replacement Process

  1. Email request with order details and photo/video proof
  2. Wait for approval confirmation from support team
  3. Technical inspection (remote or physical) may be conducted
  4. Dispatch return only after written approval
  5. Return shipment must include complete original package

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable
  • Replacement processing exceeds 14 working days
  • Order qualifies for approved cancellation before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification via original payment method or bank transfer (company discretion).

Important: Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and logistics costs are non-refundable.


🚫 Return to Origin (RTO) – Customer Responsibility

No refund will be issued if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable or unreachable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Any customer-related delivery failure

Re-shipping will be arranged only after payment of additional charges.


🚚 Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and transit risk. Please use a trackable and insured courier service.

⚖️ Force Majeure

iZone Digital shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions, courier disruptions, or events beyond operational control.


🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Order Security

iZone Digital reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse returns, or block services in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or abnormal transaction behaviour.


🏛️ Final Decision Authority

All return, replacement, and refund approvals remain at the sole discretion of iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd.
