Cancellation Policy

iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd. – Effective October 2025

At iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd. (“iZone”), we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and secure shopping experience for premium smartphones, Apple devices, accessories, and smart gadgets purchased from www.izonedigital.com.


🕒 Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important: Payment gateway transaction charges (approx. 3%) will be deducted from the refund amount for approved cancellations.

⏰ Dispatch Cut-Off Policy

Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances.

Most orders are processed and dispatched between 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM on working days. Cancellation requests received after dispatch processing may not be considered.


⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Same-Day Delivery orders
  • Orders placed under EMI, cashback, or affordability programs
  • Orders placed during festival sales or promotional campaigns
  • Orders with bank or OEM promotional benefits (subject to external terms)

If cancellation is requested due to incorrect address, wrong store pickup selection, or customer input errors, applicable transaction charges will be deducted.


📦 Delivery Delays & Cancellation Eligibility

If product dispatch or delivery is delayed beyond 14 working days from order confirmation, customers may request cancellation subject to verification.

Delays caused by force majeure events, remote service locations, courier disruptions, or regulatory restrictions will not qualify for cancellation eligibility.


💳 Refund Timeline & Method

  • Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank transfer (company discretion)
  • Payment gateway, transaction, and logistics charges are non-refundable
  • Bank processing delays or public holidays are outside company control

🚫 Return-to-Origin (RTO) – Customer Responsibility

No refund will be issued if shipment fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable or unreachable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Any delivery failure caused by customer action or inaction

Re-shipping can be arranged only after payment of additional shipping and handling charges.


🍏 Premium Brand Products

Products from premium brands such as Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, and JBL follow brand-authorized service and replacement policies. iZone Digital may assist in coordination but cannot override brand warranty guidelines.


⚖️ Force Majeure

iZone Digital shall not be liable for delays or cancellation failures arising from natural disasters, strikes, government actions, courier network issues, or technical system failures beyond operational control.


🛡️ Fraud Prevention

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity, abnormal transaction patterns, or policy misuse may be cancelled or blocked without prior notice.


🏛️ Final Decision Authority

All cancellation approvals and refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd.
