Eligible screen and back-glass damage can be serviced for the applicable service fee.
3. Other Accidental Damage
Other eligible accidental damage can be serviced for the applicable service fee.
4. Theft Protection
If your covered iPhone is stolen, you may be eligible for a replacement after an approved Theft and Loss claim.
5. Loss Protection
If your covered iPhone is lost, you may be eligible for a replacement after an approved claim.
6. Battery Service
Battery service is covered when the battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity, subject to the applicable plan terms.
7. Apple Technical Support
Get priority access to Apple experts for technical assistance, troubleshooting and support.
Theft & Loss Protection
AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss provides coverage for up to 2 theft or loss incidents every 12 months.
Each approved theft or loss replacement is subject to the applicable service fee and Apple’s claim requirements.
What To Do If Your iPhone Is Lost or Stolen
- Open the Find My app.
- Mark your iPhone as Lost.
- Keep Find My enabled.
- Do not remove the iPhone from your Apple Account or Find My.
- Submit the Theft and Loss claim through Apple.
- Apple reviews the claim.
- Once approved, a replacement iPhone may be provided according to the applicable terms and availability.
Find My Requirement
Find My is required for eligible Theft and Loss claims.
For Theft and Loss protection:
- Find My must be enabled when the iPhone is lost or stolen.
- Find My must remain enabled throughout the claim process.
- The iPhone must remain associated with your Apple Account.
- Do not remove the device from Find My before the claim is approved.
Failure to meet the applicable Find My requirements may affect eligibility for a Theft and Loss claim.
