This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure a smooth, transparent shopping experience for all our customers across India.


🕒 Eligibility for Returns & Time Period

We offer a 48-hour return or replacement window from the time you receive your order. Within this period, customers can request a return or replacement by calling +91 9326801058 (12:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Mon–Sat) or emailing support@izonedigital.com if the product is:

  • Non-functional due to a manufacturing defect
  • Dead on arrival
  • Received in damaged condition
  • Different from the item ordered

📦 Condition for Returns & Replacements

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all barcodes, labels, and price tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase and payment must be provided.

🍏 Branded Products (Apple & Premium Brands)

For branded products like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, or JBL, service and replacements are handled strictly as per the brand’s authorized service policy. Apple product replacements are facilitated only through the official service center network.

🎧 Accessories & Non-Branded Items

If a non-branded accessory is dead on arrival or non-functional, only that accessory is eligible for replacement. The main working product (e.g., phone or tablet) cannot be returned if accessories alone are faulty.

🚫 Return Restrictions

Returns or replacements are not eligible for the following cases:

  • Incorrect model, color, or product ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Any damage caused post-delivery or due to mishandling

🔁 Return & Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email support@izonedigital.com with order details, photos/videos of the issue, and proof of purchase within 48 hours.
  2. Pre-Dispatch Confirmation: Confirm the return process with our team before shipping the product.
  3. Inspection: Our technician may visit or review the product remotely before approval.
  4. Return Approval: Items returned without confirmation will not be accepted.
  5. Packaging: Return items must include the original box, user manual, and accessories.

🚫 Non-Replacement Conditions

  • Dissatisfaction with color, look, or performance of a defect-free product.
  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
  • Damage caused by power surge or user mishandling.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Replacement not available for a confirmed return.
  • Delivery delayed beyond 14 days (except customer unavailability).

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days via the same payment method used during purchase. IZone Digital is not responsible for delays caused by banks or public holidays.

🚚 Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back safely using a trackable courier service. We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
