Returns, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Time Period

IZone Digital offers a period of 48 hours for returns and replacements. Customers have 48 hours after receiving the product to request a return or replacement by calling +91 9326801058 (10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday) or emailing [email protected] if the product is:

  • Non-functional due to a manufacturing defect
  • Dead on arrival
  • Received in a damaged condition
  • Different from the product ordered

Condition for Returns and Replacements

To be eligible for a return and replacement, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when first received, unused, with price tags/barcodes retained, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and payment must be provided.

Branded Products (Including Apple Products)

For branded products such as Apple, service will be handled according to company policy through the authorized service center. Replacement requests for Apple products will follow the service center’s guidelines.

Accessories and Non-Branded Products

Accessories of any product sold that are non-functional, dead on arrival, or received in a damaged condition will be treated separately from the main product. If the main product is functioning as intended but its accessories are not, only the accessories are subject to the return and replacement process. The performing product itself cannot be returned or replaced.

Return Restrictions

Products are not eligible for return or replacement in cases such as ordering the incorrect product, model, or color by the customer. IZone Digital’s purchase process allows customers to review and confirm their order before payment, and we cannot be responsible for such instances. However, exceptional circumstances may be considered by the customer support team.

Process for Returns and Replacements

  1. Initiate Return/Replacement: Customers should contact [email protected] to initiate the return or replacement process within the stipulated period, provided they meet the return and replacement conditions. Customers must provide proof of purchase, payment, and relevant videos/photos of the non-performing product. For non-performing accessories, similar information and details are required.
  2. Pre-Dispatch Confirmation: Before dispatching the product, customers should call our support number to confirm the return process.
  3. Inspection and Technician Visit: IZone Digital reserves the right to schedule a technician’s visit to the delivery location at its discretion. The customer support team will coordinate this visit, and a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation.
  4. Return Conditions: Items returned without confirmation from the IZone Digital customer support team will not be accepted. Additionally, returns will not be accepted if the product is found to have been damaged while in the customer’s possession during the return review process. If the return request is accepted, a shipping label and instructions for returning the package will be provided.
  5. Product Condition for Return: Returned products must be in their original condition, including the outer box, case, accessories, user manual, and any other accompaniments in the original packaging for successful return pick-up.
  6. IZone Digital will not cover any claims or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, or any personal and/or commercial loss, including compensation for mental agony or anxiety. Further, under no circumstances will the liability of IZone Digital exceed the order value of the products subject to return.

Replacement Policy

A product will not be replaced under the following conditions:

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
  • If physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If damage is caused by electrical surges or by user mishandling.

In cases where a product is deemed defective or damaged, the customer will be responsible for sending the defective or damaged product to the service center. The shipping charges for sending the product to the service center will be borne by the customer. However, any charges related to the dispatch of the product back to the customer after service will be covered by IZone Digital.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a substitute replacement product cannot be arranged for confirmed returns according to the Returns and Replacement Policy, a refund will be processed within 5 working days of confirmation.
  • If product delivery is excessively delayed (more than 14 days from dispatch), the customer can cancel the order, and the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This policy does not apply if the logistics provider attempted delivery but the customer was unavailable or unable to collect it.

Refunds will not be issued if the customer is unhappy with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user.

For prepaid orders, the value of returned products will be credited to the account/credit card used for purchase, minus incidental charges. IZone Digital is not responsible for delays in refund credits due to bank processes, emergencies, or holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Note: We can only offer replacements for third-party accessories. Apple products will be serviced at the authorized service center.
