At iZone Digital India Pvt. Ltd. (“iZone”), we value our customers and ensure a smooth, transparent shopping experience for all Apple iPhones, iPads, accessories, and smart gadgets purchased from www.izonedigital.com.
🕒 Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without providing any reason. After 24 hours, a 3% deduction will apply to cover transaction and processing charges.
Important Notes:
- Orders under Same-Day Delivery are not eligible for cancellation.
- Orders under cashback, EMI, or affordability programs cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellations are allowed on festival or promotional events (Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
- Bank or OEM cashback offers are subject to their terms and may change without notice.
📦 Product Quality & Delivery Commitment
We ensure every product is sourced, stored, and shipped under optimal conditions.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or dead-on-arrival, our team will provide a replacement or refund based on eligibility.
💳 Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified. Refunds are credited using the original payment method. No additional processing fees apply.
*Note: Logistics and transaction charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Conditions for Returns & Cancellations
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with all price tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Return items must be packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- Returns are accepted only after approval from the product team.
- Delivery partners may refuse pick-up if the packaging or condition does not meet the above standards.
- Returns not meeting these criteria may be rejected at our discretion.
🚚 Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipment.

All Apple-branded products are serviced and replaced as per Apple Authorized Service Center policies. iZone coordinates support but cannot override Apple’s warranty rules.
